Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the STIFIn Scenario Insights app, website, and related services (the "Service"), provided by Raez Najya Trading ("we", "us", "our"), a business based in Malaysia. Contact: aisyadva.tmx@gmail.com.

2. About the Service

STIFIn Scenario Insights is an educational insight tool offering self-reflection prompts, scenario-based learning, communication style preferences, leadership reflection, and relationship dynamics exploration based on the STIFIn framework. It is intended for personal growth and coaching support.

The Service is not medical care, mental health treatment, psychological diagnosis, employment screening, a regulated assessment, legal advice, or financial advice. Any score, comparison, or insight shown in the Service is for reflection only and should not be treated as a final judgement about any person.

3. Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing access, or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

4. Acceptable use and user responsibility

5. No diagnosis, no guaranteed result

The Service does not provide a diagnosis of any kind. Outputs are educational reflections, not professional advice. Results vary and depend on the user. We do not guarantee any particular relationship, career, health, or coaching outcome from using the Service.

6. Intellectual property

We (and our licensors) retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, content, frameworks, trademarks, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with the plan you have purchased.

7. Subscriptions, payment, and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for our orders. Paddle handles billing, tax, payment processing, invoicing, and refunds, and provides related customer service inquiries.

Subscriptions renew automatically on the cadence stated at checkout until cancelled. Payment terms, taxes, currencies, and renewal mechanics are also governed by Paddle's Checkout / Buyer Terms.

8. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via paddle.net. See our Refund Policy for the refund window and how to request a refund.

9. Service level

We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. The Service is provided "as is" and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Malaysia.
