14-day refund window
Raez Najya Trading offers a 14-day refund window for STIFIn Scenario Insights. You may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.
How to request a refund
Send your refund request by email to aisyadva.tmx@gmail.com from the email address you used at checkout. Please include your order reference and a brief reason for the request. You may also request a refund directly through our payment provider at paddle.net.
How refunds are processed
- Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future billing; the 14-day refund window above also applies to subscription charges.
When a refund will not be granted
- No refund for misuse or abuse of the Service, including violation of our Terms of Service, fraudulent activity, or chargeback abuse.
- Requests made outside the 14-day window, except where required by applicable law.
Access after refund
Once a refund is approved, your digital access to the Service may be removed and any associated benefits revoked.
